April 2, 2008 a press conference was held at 9:30 a.m. in front of the Historic Grayson Stadium. (Where the flags are.)  Food and beverages were provided by Arby's and Krispy Kreme.  The fresh market breakfasts were amazing and the and Krispy Kreme... satisfied the craving!  All reporters were invited and welcomed, both FOX and WSAV 3 turned out for the event.  Much Appreciation to Mr. Tony O'Oconnor, Ms. Milano's trainer for this event, who made an appearance for support.  Mr. Tonly O'Connor is the Event Organizer for the Southern Isles Bodybuilding Championships. This event was held to announce the preparations being made for the 250 Mile Push For Awareness.  The next press conference is scheduled for April 12th in Atlanta and April 15th in Savannah.   For More Details CLICK HERE

The results of our last deomonstration were successfull in bringing about greater awareness.  On Saturday, December 22, WJCL/FOX aired a our demonstration and interview.  So it continues.  On to the next vigil, the next set of news stations and greater awareness!



BREAK THE SILENCE Demonstrations have begun in Savannah GA.  These demonstrations are staged to bring greater awareness to child abuse, child neglect, it's fatalities and victim recovery.  Demonstrators are asked to unite December 21st, the day before the national vigil, wearing something red in front of the WSAV-3 News Station located on Victory Drive in Savannah GA.  Look for us also on DECEMBER 22nd, the day of the vigil, at WJCL/FOX on Abercorn St in Savannah.

Children are welcome to attend however be aware that there will be demonstrators wearing ductape mouth pieces reflecting the silence and desensitization that too many Americans have on this National issue.  All those wearing the tape can speak and will be chanting, "Break the silence, prevent child abuse and it's fatalities now!" and "Heal the abuser, save the victim!"  You can also find them demonstrating on the Savannah River Walk some Saturday Afternoons.  Donations for the STOP~WATCH & Respond campaign are always accepted.  Hope to see you there.

On Sunday, August 26th, the Stop~Watch team experienced mechanical difficulties making the drive to NY from GA. Arrival for the Coney Island Vigil is not expected to be made on time as a result. They are asking that participants please continue the campaign from their home and area CAPA Locations between 9pm and 10pm EST. The attempt to light up the shore of Coney Island will be made again on the next vigil date of Sunday September 30, 2007. "All we can say sadly is that we will not give up the fight. This is not failure, this simply shows that we are still in need of help. A rental car would have avoided this road block. I will light my candle tomorrow in memory of the lost innocents, please do the same. Rest in peace August 2007 child abuse fatalities, we will forget you not."... Ms. Rachel Milano.

We are holding two community awareness rallies.  These will be rallies meant to shock the passer by into the reality of the child abuse epidemic.  WAKE UP AMERICA, PAY ATTENTION. THE TIME TO ENABLE HORRIFIC CHILD ABUSE CRIMES AGAINST OUR CHILDREN IS OVER! THE WORLD IS CHANGING... PEOPLE ARE WATCHING! WE WILL BE SILENT NO MORE! You do NOT want to miss this.  Please drive by the following locations and support us by honking your horns and tossing your quarters.  The August Community Awareness Rallies will be held Saturday Aug. 11, 2007 and Sunday Aug. 12th on the corner of Memorial Drive & Harriston Rd in Stone Mountain GA between 12noon and 3pm on both days.
